ACI Worldwide says the implementation off its Base24-es platform provides NSB with advanced authorisation and routing capabilities including support for international payments and will involve the addition of 75 ATMs to the existing network by the end of the year.

With Base24-es, NSB now has a full range of functionality to support ATM transactions in traditional and emerging delivery channels, says the vendor.

Eastman Narangoda, CEO and general manager, NSB, says: "Base24-es is at the heart of our integrated ATM network solution and plays a key role in our modernisation effort at NSB."

Don McLarty, president of ACI Worldwide Asia Pacific, comments: "We are confident that Base24-es will provide a reliable, flexible and scalable platform to support NSB's aggressive growth plans."

ACI says it worked with local partners BC Computers Limited and Financial Software and Systems to help NSB modernise its payments infrastructure.
