Internet banking provider CR2 has formed a reseller relationship with Itex, the largest IT solutions provider in the Channel Islands. The aim of the alliance is to promote the uptake of CR2's BankWorld product suite among offshore financial institutions in Guernsey.
Under the agreement, Itex and CR2 will launch a joint sales and marketing campaign to promote BankWorld to both existing and prospective clients based in Guernsey. Itex will also offer after-sales consultancy and support services to local BankWorld users.
BankWorld was recently selected by Guernsey-based N M Rothschild & Sons to provide the platform for the secure delivery of Web- and WAP-based private banking services to its customer base.
