TLM Corporate Actions will be used to automate BlueBay's event management processes, in an effort to ensure that all corporate actions are captured and processed within compliant timeframes.

The firm will additionally use the vendor's TLM Reconciliations technology to automate the reconciliation and exception management of cash and stock transactions received from Sungard's investment accounting system.

Simon Lumsdon, IT Director, BlueBay, says: "By creating scalable, flexible operations we aim to continue to deliver outstanding service and returns to our clients whilst carefully controlling our cost and risk."
