London fund manager NewSmith Asset Management is implementing Eze Castle Software's (ECS) real-time compliance technology Watchtower.
NewSmith will use the Watchtower product to manage pre- and post-trade compliance with UK market regulations and client-mandated investment restrictions.
The vendor says its software willl enable NewSmith to monitor client positions, fund cash limits and limitations on security types and markets. Integration of Watchtower with Eze's trading system ensures data integrity and real-time interaction for compliance checks.

The real-time integration with our OMS and e-mail system allows us to stay on top of investment compliance monitoring and exposure risks.
