SunGard Business Integration is to provide electronic trade confirmation services to Indocam, the asset management subsidiary of Credit Agricole.
Xavier Barrois, managing director for IT at Indocam, says the firm was looking for a vendor that "provided far more functionality and value added than just the traditional middleware player".
The RFP specified an enterprise application integration platform capable of connecting disparate back office systems and third party networks such as Swift and Oasys Global Direct. The asset manager also wanted a solution that incorporated trade matching and automated reconciliation capabilities.
The SunGard solution incorporates the IntelliMatch trade reconciliation and matching product, together with Decalog order management and trading system.
