UK derivatives software vendor Ffastfill has won a contract to develop a Web-based order management system for the Chicago Board of Trade.
London-based Ffastfill says its US subsidiary will develop the application, which will allow market participants to electronically monitor, search, filter and cancel orders on the exchange's e-cbot trading system, independent of their existing execution software.
The hosted order management front-end can also co-exist on the screen with existing front-end systems used to trade on e-cbot.
FFastFill says it will also provide an ongoing managed support service for the system.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
