US-based eCRM vendor Youcentric has developed a business relationship solution geared specifically to the needs of the wholesale banking and investment markets.
Yourelate Financial Services was created to address the requirements inherent to investment banking, wealth management, institutional sales, commercial banking and mutual fund wholesalers, says the company. The Java-based product is designed to integrate with existing legacy back office applications, enabling companies to gain a comprehensive insight into complex banking relationship. The package deploys the company's Any to Any Model and Network Search functionality to keep track of changing relationships and identify optimal relationship paths across the enterprise.
Explaining its focus on banking, the vendor points to an analysis by Meridien Research which says the strongest growth segment for front office CRM solutions are investment banks, asset management firms, and commercial banks.
"These institutions have complex customer sales and service requirements for high value professional relationship managers," states Bill Bradway, co-founder of Meridien and research director of its CRM practice. "Software solutions, like Youcentric's, that are flexible, scalable, and can be tailored to an institution's business practices are well positioned for this market."
