Commonwealth Bank extends TNZ voice and call services contract

The Commonwealth Bank of Australia has signed a new three year contract with Telecom New Zealand (TNZ) for the provision of voice and contact centre services. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Under the contract, which is an extension of an existing deal, Telecom will provide CBA with voice and call centre services through to August 2008, with a further option to extend another 27 months.

CBA signed a new three year data services agreement with Telecom in December last year.

Rhoda Holmes, general manager, Telecom, says: "On the heels of the data services agreement we signed in December, this is great news. We are looking forward to building on the work already underway."
