Baring Asset Management (BAM), part of the ING banking group, has upgraded Linedata Services' order management platform as part of a group-wide migration to Microsoft Windows XP.
Barings is moving to the upgraded version of the vendor's LongView Trading system, which the firm has used since 1994 for managing equity portfolios under its original LandMark marque.
James Whyte, head of business systems for BAM, says: "We are looking forward to deriving additional business benefit from the new functionality of this version of the system."
