Thai mutual fund company Ayudhya JF Asset Management (AJF) is implementing technology from India's i-flex solutions to support its unit trust management operations.
AJF, which is a joint venture between Bank of Ayudhya and JP Morgan Fleming Asset Management, is installing the vendor's Flexcube Investor Services system.
I-flex says its software will provide the firm with a platform for effective fund marketing, management of intermediaries and handling of investor transactions.
Reungvit Nandhabiwat, MD, AJF, says: "We are experiencing fast growth in the Thai Mutual Fund market and we needed a highly scalable and flexible solution to enable us to increase customer base quickly, without worrying about the solution's ability to scale."
