Bcpbank, the North American retail banking unit of Portugal's Millennium bcp financial group, is installing Fundtech's Global PAYplus application to support its multi-currency payments processing.
The bank will integrate the Global PAYplus system with its Web-based branch and customer service operations. The software allows the bank to customise its payments services for clients.
Miguel Carvalho, bcpbank's chief administrative officer, says: "We selected Global PAYplus because it will allow us to provide enhanced streamlined services to our customers, while reducing costs."
