Turkey's Akbank is deploying Arcot's hosted Transfort software to provide Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode online authentication services to cardholders.
The Visa and Mastercard programmes require cardholders making online purchases to verify their identity with a password.
California-based Arcot says its TransFort product currently supports over 7000 issuers and 10,000 merchants worldwide.
