The Web site will serve as a gateway to Chase for Hispanics and provide tailored content that addresses the financial interests and needs of this growing market, says the bank. The site will be supported by a dedicated in-language customer service group available via a freephone number.

Research reveals that the Hispanic population is growing at 5 times the total US population, with Hispanics accounting for 11% of the total population in the United States, says the bank.

"With the launch of BancoChase.com, Chase becomes a major player in this market segment," says Peter Roggemann, senior vice president of Chase's national consumer services integrated solutions.
