Sigaba says its Secure E-mail product enables the bank to send and receive encrypted e-mail without requiring additional software for end users. The software creates a protected channel for the exchange of information over e-mail, wireless, within LAN's, and desktop-to-desktop.

Lorraine DeToro, senior systems administrator, Liberty Bank, says the software also helps the bank to comply with with legal and regulatory requirements.

"Sigaba Secure Email is easy to administer and manage. It provides our customers with the ultimate protection they deserve, without the inconvenience of requiring them to install additional software on their PCs," says DeToro.
