Under the agreement, Euronet will deploy 100 off-site units for Citibank in major cities across India over the next six months. The new machines will be connected to Euronet's shared ATM network in India, Cashnet.

The vendor will provide ATM maintenance, network management and monitoring, security, cash forecasting and replenishment, help desk and reconciliation and settlement services from its operations centre in Mumbai.

Anthony Grandidge, Euronet Worldwide VP and MD, Asia Pacific, says: "Euronet has provided Citibank with a comprehensive outsourcing model, including site selection and asset ownership giving them the flexibility and speed to market they demand."
