MessagingDirect's two primary products are M-Statement, a direct electronic information delivery solution, and M-Bill, a direct electronic billing and payment solution.

"The addition of the MessagingDirect group to the TSA family is a strategic move for our company," says William Fisher, chairman and CEO of Transaction Systems Architects. "Together, we will offer an end to end software solution to get bills delivered and paid electronically in both the biller direct and aggregator models."

TSA says it will offer the MessagingDirect products as part of its new "e- series" suite of software solutions, designed to address a wide range of e-payment needs for financial institutions, retailers and e-payment processors. The e-series suite includes solutions for secure Internet payment processing, multifunction chip based applications, Internet banking for consumers and small businesses, secure electronic bill and statement presentation, and wireless commerce.
