Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) has signed a five year outsourcing contract worth an estimated $90 million with Relizon Company for document management and marketing services.
Relizon, which has head offices in both Deyton, Ohio and Boucherville, Quebec, is a provider of document management, billing and relationship marketing services across a range of industries including financial, retail and government.
Under the deal, Relizon will provide document management and marketing fulfillment services for CIBC's banking network across North America.
