Syntegra says talks are also underway to provide ABN Amro's Asian office with the infrastructure for Internet trading, and to introduce Syntegra's multi-channel integration framework, ITS Myriad.

The Myriad solution supports multiple channels - integrating voice, Web, e-mail, chat, WAP and other client systems - within a single, seamless desktop support environment. As hits are received on the Web, or calls come into the trading facility, ITS Myriad identifies the customer and gathers appropriate information from the server about the customer's trading history and displays it on screen to the trader so that he is ready to offer pertinent advice.
