Washington-based Riggs Bank is implementing Demos Solutions' resource planning, forecasting and scheduling technology, StaffSmart, to improve customer service levels across its branch network and corporate banking centres.
Demos' software will support Riggs Bank's demand-based branch scheduling and forecasting programme, as well as corporate staff planning across all its banking centres.
Mark Hendrix, chief brand officer, Riggs Bank, says: "Not only will we use the software to forecast customer demand and schedule staff, but we will also utilise Demos' process improvement and change management services to improve the quality time we spend with customers."
Massachusetts-based Demos says its software is expected to be implemented within 90 days.
