Bank of Hawaii is implementing Politzer & Haney's (P&H) Web Cash Manager Suite in order to deliver online cash management services to its business banking and small business customers.
Massachusetts-based P&H says the system will enable the bank to expand its line of business banking products.
Sharon Crofts, SVP cash management services, Bank of Hawaii, says the product's ability to interface with third-party systems was a major factor in choosing the P&H system.
"We were impressed with P&H's track record for interfacing with Metavante systems and the unique integration workbook process they use to manage the complex aspects of each interface," says Crofts.
Web Cash Manager Suite includes stop payments, cheque and deposit inquiry, positive pay, domestic and international wire origination, balance and transaction reporting, account transfer and ACH origination.
The bank will also offer business banking customers fax-based reporting, unattended BAI download, and QuickBooks connectivity via P&H's Commercial Banking Storefront interface, which provides access to third party systems that are integrated with Web Cash Manager.
