Italy's Banche Popolari Unite (BPU) has gone live with Brainpower's newly launched portfolio monitoring software, ProActiv, at its private banking division.
BPU, which was formed through the recent merger of Group Banca Popolare di Bergamo and Group Banca Popolare Commercio e Industria, is the first customer for the Web-based platform.
ProActiv monitors events affecting portfolios, markets and financial instruments using user-defined rules. These rules monitor financial indicators, allowing for the screening of complex scenarios in markets and client portfolios.
The platform also includes reporting and charting functions as well as portfolio analysis and construction, performance and risk measurement and security screening.
