Kuwait-based Gulf bank has implemented i-flex solutions' flagship core banking product Flexcube.
The bank has installed Flexcube to support its treasury, trade finance and corporate loans processing. The system features a real-time interface, built by i-flex, that connects Flexcube to existing applications.
Gulf Bank has also deployed i-flex's Internet banking application, Flexcube@, to provide customers with multi-channel access to accounts.
Nazem Al-Qana'e, general manager, support services, Gulf bank, says: "I-flex's solution offered us distinct advantages like quick deployment time which suited our launch schedule, a completely Arabic interface, and above all personalised online access to all the information customers needed on their accounts."
