Louisiana-based Iberiabank has contract with Diebold for the supply of 20 Opteva ATMs and multi-vendor ATM software, Agilis.
The bank will deploy the software on both its Diebold and NCR units.
Diebold says Agilis' maximises flexibility and minimises integration costs by coupling a client/server model with full compatibility to existing host environments.
Stephen Durrett, Iberiabank senior vice president, says: "We would like to be able to bring the same customer experience to all of our touch points and we feel we can get there with Agilis."
