Switzerland's Zurich Cantonalbank (ZKB) has integrated SwissRisk's portfolio optimisation system, Assetmanager Pro, with its existing CRM platform which is supplied by Siebel Systems.
The bank has integrated the SwissRisk product with its advisory desktop ZKBConnect, which is based on Siebel Systems CRM platform. The application has has been rolled out to more than 1000 advisors. ZKB says the system already generates over 100 investment proposals a day.
Marco Curti, head of research, ZKB, adds: "The Assetmanager PRO gives us the possibility to optimize all investment and rebalancing proposals automatically and in compliance with our investment policy regarding risk and expected return."
Assetmanager Pro is an integrated component of SwissRisk's Client Advisory Suite which features products for risk management, scenario analysis, hedging, portfolio optimisation and performance analysis.
SwissRisk says its products are based on international open standards for integration into CRM and online systems and can easily be integrated into third party systems.
