Bank of Butterfield introduces online services with Idom system

Guernsey's Bank of Butterfield International has installed Idom Consulting's Internet banking platform BM+ IFM.

The bank is using the platform to introduce online services for its private clients. Julien Martel, head of private banking and business development at the bank, says: "Our client base is truly global and requires round the clock access to their finances."

Commenting on the implementation, Pete Bottomley, head, client solutions, Idom, says: "Until now, small and medium sized financial organisations have found it difficult to justify the expense of a functionally rich solution, complete with comprehensive transaction processing capability. Our pricing model changes this."
