Java banking software vendor Eontec is to integrate Atlanta-based DWL's customer data system with its suite of banking products.
DWL Customer is an enterprise-wide hub containing all customer information and interaction history. Eontec says the integrated package will enable banks to improve customer service across call centre, Internet and branch networks by providing staff with a real time and consistent view of each customer.
John Baumstark, president and CEO, DWL, says: "An operationally driven view of the customer lets financial services organisations react intelligently to customer servicing issues, product offerings and future customers needs by having the entire relationship view in real time."
Eontec's product suite comprises of modular-based customer banking applications including branch, e-banking, call centre, multi-channel lending and corporate payments.
DWL and Eontec will jointly market the integrated package.
