The service automates the daily retrieval, processing, aggregation and delivery of commercial bank statements.

Trintech automatically retrieves bank statement information, validates the data, converts it to a standard format and hosts it in a single file on a secure server. The vendor says the service integrates with reconciliation applications, treasury workstations and cash management and general ledger systems.

Businesses using the service are able to import account data from banks into their corporate financial systems, eliminating the daily effort required for data retrieval, formatting and validation from multiple banks.

David Rodriguez, product manager at Trintech's FMS division, says the statement delivery service takes the daily data retrieval burden off businesses: "With this new service, finance departments can focus on using their data rather than the mechanics of retrieving, validating and formatting it."
