Finextra Research in association with interbank messaging network Swift has launched a special purpose financial technology news site, SibosOnline, to provide visitors to Sibos 2003 in Singapore with up-to-the-minute news and views direct from the exhibition and conference floor.
Developed in partnership with Swift, and sponsored by SunGard, SibosOnline will be broadcast on a network of some 100 'Information Pods' located onsite at the Singapore International Convention and Exhibition Centre, providing delegates with instant online access to news as it happens at the week-long event.
With the power to draw over 6000 participants from the financial industry and some 200 application and middleware vendors, system integrators, financial institutions, consultants and central clearing systems, Sibos is the world's premier financial services event.
For financial technology professionals unable to attend the show in person, SibosOnline is live on the World Wide Web at SibosOnline, and also available through the usual Sibos channel on Finextra.com. Both channels will be continually updated and refreshed over the next three months.
