NCR wins exclusive five-year ATM deal with SunTrust Banks

NCR Corporation (NYSE:NCR) has been selected by SunTrust Banks, Inc. as its exclusive provider of automated teller machines (ATMs). Under terms of the agreement, NCR will upgrade existing ATMs and provide new ATMs for all new SunTrust branches. NCR will manage all maintenance and professional services through 2009 for all existing NCR ATMs and all future installations. Additionally, SunTrust will utilize NCR's APTRA Edge software and related support services for its ATM channel of more than 2,700 ATMs.
