Bio
After graduating from Stanford Law School, Chris began his professional journey as a corporate securities/M&A associate at the Silicon Valley-based law firm, Gunderson Dettmer. There, he provided legal counsel to various entities including private and public corporations, venture capital funds, and private equity funds. His legal expertise spanned a range of areas, from M&A negotiations to securities matters involving initial and secondary private and public equity offerings. Furthermore, Chris expanded his skill-base and experience by taking on executive roles at two venture-backed startups. He is a recognized member of the California Bar Association, the American Society of Appraisers, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.
