Very interesting comment from Hakan Aldrin. I recently interviewed the head of Digital Marketing of a beverage brand and he had the exact same comment. I dont measure ROI - it's very premature, and valuation would be similar to (at best) measuring brand value. Nice to hear what I've always felt endorsed by one of the biggest companies in Social Media (Financial Services only)
