Bio

As the Co-Founder & CTO at Keye, Lalit successfully leads the development of a due-diligence tool for the Private Equity Industry, as a Y-combinator F24 cohort founder whose disruptive work is also backed by top U.S. and global VC's such as General Catalyst, Sorenson Ventures, Plug n Play, Tiferes and many more.

Prior, Lalit is a seasoned software engineer with a over 7 years in industry experience leading and building SaaS products from the ground up. Working through 2 historical SaaS acquisitions as an early engineer and leading technical teams of various sizes, Lalit is comfortable across the stack (devops, frontend, backend, and ML). He comes from a background in Robotics (University of Waterloo) and Machine Learning (University of Toronto).
