In the last 12 months the products under his stewardship helped Experian clients, and UK PLC, prevent over £1.9bn in fraud; establishing Experian as the UK’s largest fraud prevention agency.
As a people leader he manages the product management team spanning the breadth of Experian's fraud prevention and financial crime compliance capabilities. He is a passionate advocate for protecting UK consumers, and reducing the cost of fraud and financial crime to UK PLC.
Experience
Summary
A strong career spanning product management, sales, and commercial roles. After university his first three years working were for a Management Consultancy, moving then to Halfords Business Services, where he pioneered B2B sales in the promotions and incentives industry. In 2009, entered the data space, as a Product Manager for Royal Mail Data Services, managing products created from the redirection service. At Royal Mail he developed a suite of fraud prevention data capabilities. His role evolved to a commercial one, attracting the attention of Transactis (part of GB Group), joining to grow their e-retail fraud prevention business. He subsequently led the device-based fraud prevention company, iovation (now TransUnion), for the EMAP region. Prior to Experian he was Chief Commercial Officer for open-source (OSINT) investigation company, NetWatch Global, he built and helped launched their OSINT investigation software business.
