Notably, at Hanwha QCells America, I've created over 50 dashboards, significantly improving data integrity and sales performance. My tenure at SBI Cards India- a Fintech company where I managed product lifecycles and led a large team to success.I was primarily responsible for the development of Credit card features, designing their reward points and enhancing Customer satisfaction by increasing user experience of the products and analyzing churn rates,Fraud Protections,Customer Due-Diligence and also forecasting future trends.
