Bio Juan is a freelance consultant in the fields of Data Strategy and Smart Cities. Previously, he was part of the Data Strategy workgroup of BBVA, where he articulated initiatives around data&AI in the intersection of several realms: digital regulation, public affairs, strategic positioning and communications. Career History He graduated from MSc Civil Engineering at UPM and holds and executive MBA by EOI. He also has extensive experience as urban planner and project manager in technological innovation and smart cities initiatives. He has been part of a group of Experts that the European Commission selected to foster business to government data-sharing initiatives.
