Revolut adopts eSignature tech for HR department

Source: ZealID

ZealiD, an EU qualified digital identity and eSignature provider, has announced that it will provide a new eSignature solution for leading digital bank, Revolut.

ZealiD will provide qualified esignature services allowing Revolut to sign HR documents with qualified signatures, through their existing IT systems - providing a seamless and efficient way for Revolut to adopt eIDAS qualified signatures and verify the identity of signers via the DocuSign platform in under 20 minutes. The solution will allow Revolut to meet the highest EU standards in trust and security and provide a comprehensive and secure solution for remote signing and identity verification, as more EU member states require all HR documentation to be signed with qualified signatures.

Philip Hallenborg, founder and CEO of ZealiD, said: “We are seeing a big wave of leading enterprise companies adopt qualified signing to prevent financial, legal and data risk, but also to comply with a steady rise of legislation requiring EU legal identity for critical agreements. We are excited to be providing Revolut with a secure and efficient qualified eSignature solution that will allow them to optimise the efficiency and security of their HR processes.”

The ZealiD app is a cutting-edge solution that allows users with a valid government ID document to remotely create an EU identity called a qualified certificate, from which they can generate legally binding eSignatures in the DocuSign platform. This innovative app offers state-of-the-art remote onboarding through any smartphone, providing users with a seamless and secure way to sign documents digitally, just like using a pen and paper with DocuSign’s leading document signing and management platform.
