Temenos (SIX: TEMN), the banking software company, today announced that the acquisition of Kony Inc, the fast growing US #1 digital banking SaaS company has now closed.
The acquisition will accelerate Temenos’ US presence and strengthen Temenos Infinity, the breakthrough digital banking product.
Thomas E. Hogan, chairman and CEO of Kony, is appointed President of Temenos North America and joins Temenos’ Executive Committee, with immediate effect. The acquisition was originally announced on 28 August 2019.
