Leeds Building Society has appointed Killian Holland as Head of Digital Experience.
This appointment demonstrates the mutual’s commitment to putting the needs of the customer at the heart of its digital experiences, by learning directly from them to focus on what they want.
Killian role entails creating digital experiences and services that members find relevant, engaging and simple to use.
“I have 20 years’ experience in designing for digital. I love the challenge of using digital to help people understand and manage their money more simply and easily as they go about their everyday lives,” said Killian.
“I’m responsible for bringing to life the digital elements of the Society’s vision for the future by creating digital services and experiences that meet the needs of our members and exceed their expectations.”
