Sparebanken Hedmark has entered into a new agreement with EDB. The agreement runs from today till July 2010 and will give new business volume of NOK 120 million over this period, with main effect from June 2006.
Sparebanken Hedmark has agreed to buy new software solutions and operating services from EDB. The software solutions will be used in the bank's branch offices and self-service channels, as well as for the foreign exchange and credit areas and payment services. Sparebanken Hedmark's current agreement with EDB for core banking solutions will continue as part of the new contract. EDB also provides operating services for the bank's solutions and infrastructure.
In addition, Sparebanken Hedmark has recently agreed to collaborate with EDB on the development of a new solution for defined contribution pensions.
