    Each executive brings years of experience in different sectors and asset classes.

    Bernard Azoulai has broad experience in management consulting and new systems development. Mr. Azoulai was Managing Principal at Capco responsible for Compliance and Regulatory analysis. While at Mantas, Mr. Azoulai helped establish the brand as an industry leader. At Ernst & Young, Mr. Azoulai was a Senior Manager responsible for large-scale implementations at global investment banks.

    Mark Cipollina has held senior executive positions at multi-national firms in the areas of Treasury Risk, Trading and Organizational Management, Operational Risk, Control and Financial Products and Cash Management. Mr. Cipollina was CFO at Siemans Capital and Managing Director at Westdeutsche Landesbank where he led the FX desk responsible for all aspects of Spot, Forwards and Options.

    John Donato has, over the last ten years, designed functional requirements for electronic trading platforms deployed in the fixed income, foreign exchange, and energy markets for the inter-dealer brokerages Prebon Yamane and ICAP. Prior to filling that role, John held trading and risk management positions for Westdeutsche Landesbank and other major commercial banks and brokerage companies in New York, focusing on the cash and fixed income derivatives markets, and foreign exchange.

    Brian Fink was the Run The Bank manager within the Loans Exposure Management Group at Deutsche Bank where he built and supported systems for credit exposure portfolio management and trading. As a consultant at Capco, he led numerous business and technology projects including a Middle Office derivatives operation and control review of trade capture for OTC Swaps and Options. Mr. Fink managed the development of a SWIFT message based settlement engine at Omgeo and developed middle office derivative systems for consolidated P&L reporting while at CSFP.

    Lori Master was Director of Product Development for Emphasis Software Development, a hedge fund administration software technology firm now part of CITCO Fund Services. Ms. Master co-founded and was VP of Operations for eFrontiers, a suite of web-based applications enabling investment manager searches by the institutional investment community.

    Scott Reed specializes in the development of new financial products and technology solutions. He introduced new analytical solutions for the collateralized debt obligation (CDOs) and asset backed securities (ABS) businesses within JPMorgan Chase's investment bank. At Instinet, he led the retail brokerage unit's development of an interactive trade book application and managed the institutional research group's network of independent research providers. As a senior manager in IBM's Consulting Group, he led large engagements that created new strategies and developed enterprise technology architectures for several of the US and Europe's most prominent financial institutions.

    Peter Swiderski's area of expertise is clearing, settlement and operations efficiency. While at BHF Securities, Mr. Swiderski redesigned existing processing methods and implemented a new system for Straight Through Processing (STP) that increased back office productivity by 80%. In addition, he served in various management positions at KPMG, Swiss Bank and Morgan Stanley.

    Peter Veglak's specialty is project management and systems integration. As Director of Professional Services at Finaplex, Mr.Veglak managed client relationships for Finaplex, a comprehensive wealth management platform for private client services at several major institutions. At Robertson Stephens, he was responsible for the firm's core data applications and systems. Mr. Veglak has recently joined Random Walk's SF office.
