An extension to Xenomorph's real-time data management capabilities, TimeScape Event Services enables real-time subscriptions to be made to major market data feeds in a vendor-neutral way.
TimeScape Tick Capture Services builds upon Event Services, allowing risk managers, traders and technologists to configure how real-time events are to be controlled, captured and persisted within TimeScape's database architecture for high-volume tick data storage.
The upgrades will be a vital weapon in the trading arsenal, and are in response to calls for even more power and control in real-time trading and risk management environments, according to Brian Sentance, Chief Executive Officer at Xenomorph.
"Given the current uptake in algorithmic and automated trading, it is crucial that risk managers and traders are given the high performance tools necessary to make it easy to manage and analyse real-time data," he said. "TimeScape 3.1 will make a great contribution to increasing transparency of this data and real-time trading across organisations."
