Metavante inks Northern Bank & Trust outsourcing contract

Metavante Corporation today announced that Northern Bank & Trust Company has entered into the growing ranks of financial institutions choosing Metavante's Integrated Banking Solution for outsourced banking technology services.

Headquartered in Woburn, Mass., Northern Bank & Trust Company is a privately owned commercial bank in operation for nearly 50 years. Metavante is the banking and payments technology subsidiary of Marshall & Ilsley Corporation (NYSE:MI).

Since 1994, Northern Bank & Trust Company has been participating in the NYCE Network, a leading U.S. debit card payments network and a Metavante company. NYCE is the sole provider of retail PIN debit access for Northern Bank & Trust Company and is its primary network for ATM card access.
