London-based market data technology vendor Knowledge Technology Solutions (KTS) has opened a new sales office in the City, to be headed by newly-appointed director of sales and marketing, Richard Burtsal.
KTS says the new office is in preparation for its launch this summer of MarketTerminal, the international version of its QuoteTerminal product, which provides Web browser access to premium market data, news and analysis sourced from providers such as Standard & Poor’s, Dow Jones Newswires, RNS and AFX News.
Marc Pinter-Krainer, chief executive, KTS, says: "We wanted our sales team to be well established in their new location as we lead up to the launch of MarketTerminal."
The vendor raised £750,000 in March in a placing of new shares to expand its sales and marketing operations.
