GZS automates disputed payments with Trintech

Germany-based payments processing company GZS has selected Trintech's PayWare Resolve IIT (image integration toolkit) module to automate the management of documentation associated with disputed payment transactions.
Earlier this year in May, the processing company deployed Trintech's PayWare Resolve AS product as the technology backbone of its chargeback management system.
The new module makes it possible for PayWare Resolve AS to integrate with GZS’s document management system using a set of APIs. GZS will then be able to store, match, retrieve and process documentation from outstanding disputed transactions online through its chargeback management system, eliminating the need to switch between multiple applications.
