Dublin-based multi-channel banking technology vendor Eontec has extended the teller and CRM functionality of its BankFrame platform.
The new BankFrame BankTeller with infused CRM product provides front-line staff with a customer's entire transaction history in real time, whilst reducing administrative and operational overheads, says Eontec.
Based on Eontec's reusable banking components, the new product 'plugs into' a bank's existing CRM framework, safeguarding previous IT investment and enabling banks to build teller transaction processes that can be redeployed across other channels.
The company says the software will be deployed for one of Eontec's tier one customers in North America over the next few months.
The new product features a rules-based engine which segments customers based upon attributes. Snapshots of relational customer data held within a bank's legacy systems appear on an agent's screen from which staff can drill down and obtain further customer details as required.
In addition, a bank can instantaneously record customer responses throughout the transaction, to target products more effectively in future communications.
