Bio As Head of Products I lead a team dedicated to delivering data lead insights and technical solutions that support a broad range of industry sectors in delivering their customer needs. This covers the full customer lifecycle i.e. prospecting, origination, account management and debt management. Career History Robert has been with Equifax for c.2 years where he leads a dedicated team focusing on product development and delivery in the UK. Equifax is a data, insight and technology business that supports a broad range of sectors including Banking, Telecoms, Utilities and Automotive to name but a few. Data is the common thread that brings all of the elements together and is a key ingredient to helping consumers and businesses in achieving their outcomes. Prior to joining Equifax Robert was a career banker with RBS spanning 34 years where he held senior roles leading subject matter experts in IT, RIsk and Portfolio Management and was instrumental in two joint ventures with Virgin and Tesco. More recently Robert has been applying his experience and knowledge in the development of Open Banking solutions across the Equifax and Account Score partnership.
