TSYS (NYSE: TSS) announced today that it has extended its long-term agreement with Veracity Payment Solutions to serve as their full-service payment solutions provider.
A North American acquirer offering full-service payment technology to more than 12,000 businesses nationwide and processing approximately $2 billion in transaction volume annually, Veracity will utilize TSYS' robust point-of-sale solutions and flexible, reliable systems to support an aggressive growth strategy.

Terms of the long-term agreement were not disclosed.
