GATE US, LLC is a FINRA-registered broker-dealer, and features the first fully electronic trading platform specializing in illiquid assets. The first securities to be offered for trading on GATE Pro will be private company stock and private investments in public equities. GATE Pro is the first of several platforms that GATE Technologies expects to launch and/or license with a goal of developing electronic trading markets for various alternative asset classes, which the company refers to as a GDM, or "GATE Developing Market."
