Ifinix Corp. will utilize the accredited functionality of the software to shorten time-to-market of the company's next generation of real-time price discovery and analytics solutions.

Beast Financial Systems ceased trading in July 2003. In December 2003, the company granted an unrestricted license for the use of the technology source code of all of its products and solutions to Bulldog Consulting LLC for an undisclosed sum.

When asked to comment on the recent acquisition of the Beast trading platform, Ifinix C.E.O Douglas Hugh Stadaro stated, "The combination of iFinix trading solutions and Beast's product diversity and global breadth is unmatched, enabling us to offer an expanding array of electronic execution capabilities across multiple product lines and geographies. Our relationship with Bulldog consulting has turned out to be eventful and profitable for both companies'. Implementation will occur within the New Year with ongoing development and enhancement to coincide with implementation."

iFinix says its investment in Beast significantly reduced its time to market with a product for active traders. Drew Budhu, iFinix Chairman, adds: "Increasing market share with traders in this segment is an important component of our business strategy for growth in the client-site trading products business line."

Bulldog Consulting LLC, Manager Director Bill Vowell stated "We are extremely excited to bring our line of financial products to the Ifinix team. We believe strongly in their vision and look forward to working with management and supporting them down their path to success."
