Worldlink, one of the UK's leading real-time mobile applications companies, announced today that it has created a range of mobile applications based upon the comprehensive global financial market data and innovative web-based applications of the Managed Solutions business of Interactive Data Corporation (NYSE: IDC), a leading provider of financial market data, analytics and related solutions.

Worldlink selected Interactive Data to develop the applications primarily based on the depth and global reach of Interactive Data's financial market data, as well as its technology expertise and understanding of the mobile space. It is Worldlink's intention that the mobile applications based upon this information will be market leading in terms of ease of use and speed of delivery.

Neil Riches, Worldlink's Managing Director said, "We are delighted to be working with Interactive Data on this project. We are on the point of launching our first application for the iPhone and I believe the market will be impressed with the ease of use of the product and the breadth of the data. Interactive Data has substantial 'data assets' and Worldlink looks forward to leveraging these assets as it works to develop class-leading mobile applications."

Nat Sey, General Manager, UK, Interactive Data Managed Solutions, added, "Communications mobility is a very important factor in our lives. Convergence of the ubiquity of the web and significant advances in mobile technology has resulted in the richness and familiarity of a desktop experience - without being tethered to your desk.
